IPX unveiled a new artist-based character IP “SSEBONGRAMA (SSEBONGRAMA),” and unveiled Sebon Rama's “Somehow Open Pop-Up,” which captures the artist Sebon's perspective and story, at LINE FRIENDS Square Seongsu.

[November 6, 2025] Digital IP entertainment company IPX (formerly LINE FRIENDS) has opened a “Somehow Open Pop-Up” at LINE FRIENDS Square Seongsu to celebrate the release of the new artist-based character IP “SSEBONGRAMA (SSEBONGRAMA).”

SSEBONGRAMA (SSEBONGRAMA) is an artist-based character presented by IPX, and was born from IPX's illustrator and art director “Sebon.” Artist Sebon has consistently presented more than 1,700 works on social media over the past 15 years, garnered an average of over 30,000 “likes” and 400,000 followers, and is an artist loved at home and abroad based on his strong fan base and influence.

While numerous new character IPs have appeared, Sebon Rama has secured a competitive edge centered around creations that fully capture the artist's worldview and emotions in each work. As an independent work of art, each illustration provides fans with the experience of directly facing and communicating with the work and conveys the artist's perspective and story.

His signature character IP “Sebon Rama” has something he wants to do; it consists of “BOORI (BOORI),” a small but strong free spirit, “COCORI (COCORI),” and “MONDE (MONDE),” a merciless Monday notification ghost. Sebon Rama unravels the lethargy and burnout of modern people's busy lives through humorous and warm artwork called “It's OK.” Even if everything bothers them, they do it in the end, and the appeal of people who don't fit in and are lovely is similar to our daily lives, so it is widely sympathized with and well received by the 2030th generation around the world.

IPX will host its first exclusive pop-up at LINE FRIENDS Square Seongsu from today (6th) to the 23rd to celebrate the unveiling of Sebon Rama's IP. Based on the identity of Sebon Rama, I planned the concept of “It turned out that the first pop-up opened, and everything was bothersome, but I worked hard to prepare.” The interior of the store is based on the artist's studio table, creating a space where laziness and creativity coexist. The main photo zone is decorated with a beak lying on a sofa, and the wall is decorated with original artist illustrations and lifestyle products. The pop-up offers a variety of lifestyle products that can be used with Sebon Rama in everyday life, such as plush, key rings, artist's original postcards, art posters, and blankets.

IPX expands Sebon Rama's offline contact points and enhances experiential brand experience through exhibitions and pop-up stores. Despite being a new IP, they have already established a strong global fandom, so they plan to spur their entry into the global market by opening pop-ups sequentially in Japan and Taiwan, starting with Korea.
